New Employee User Guide

• Install Slack for chat, announcements, and lunch ordering. After downloading:
  • Sign in via Google sign in or look for an invite.
  • Workspace url: stockwell-hq
  • Link it to Google Drive app to share docs, sheets, etc. Also good to get it on your phone!
• Stockwell Operations (internal tool): https://www.stockwell.ai/client/user
  • Look for your invite for a password reset to login.
  • Ask your manager how you’ll be using this tool.
• Expensify is what we use for expense reporting. Contact ap@stockwell.ai to request access. You can download it on your phone as well for easy reimbursement.
• Google Apps: Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Drive, Presentations and Drive.
  • We calendar using Google Calendar and video conference using Google Hangouts. Whenever you join a meeting remotely, you will find a link to the Google Hangouts video conference on the calendar event.
  • Recommendations:
    • Download and install the Google Drive File Stream client for Mac OS to have a more native experience with Drive.
    • Consider installing Calendar and Gmail on your phone.
