What are Tickets?
Stockwell Tickets are direct messages from us to customers. These include tasks like:
- Informing customer's when items they requested are now stocked in their stores.
- Preempting an error we made, correcting the issue, and notifying a customer of our mistake.
- Warning email to the customer (i.e., eating an item and then placing back into the store - safety and sanitary issue).
- Customers are notifying us and requesting an item be removed from their Stockwell store.
- Payables: When we are unable to charge a customers card for their most recent purchase.
- Undeliverable install reminders to clients.
