• Github: Join the Pictretail organization and clone the repos relevant to your role:
  • A good first step is to clone the pict repo and follow the readme in the webapp to setup your development environment.
• Asana
  • Find your relevant project boards
• Gcloud Project:pict-app
  • You'll probably want to pin relevant options in the navigation Hamburger menu (IoT is an important one for looking at specific stores)
  • Install the gcloudSDK to enable the command line tools available in pict/webapp

What's On-Call?

• Lots of technology companies, particularly software companies, have something called an "on-call team". Their job is to keep the company's technology running. So if Amazon's website goes down, there is almost certainly an on-call engineer who will immediately try and fix it, even at 3 AM.
• Stockwell has an on-call team; to keep our stores, app and internal tools working as best we can.
